Fake ‘brigadier’ summoned

KUWAIT CITY, May 26: Police have summoned an unidentified man for interrogation. The man claimed to be ‘brigadier’, insulting a Kuwaiti woman and hurling abuses at her in front of passersby and other motorists because of a traffic dispute, reports Al-Rai daily. The daily added, the man shouted in the face of the woman, flashed his ID card and drove off. The woman has given police the details of the man and his vehicle
