KUWAIT CITY, Nov 2: The Ministry of Justice confirmed that failure to pay outstanding dues could result in enforcement procedures being initiated against individuals in accordance with the applicable regulations. In an official statement, the ministry urged the public to promptly pay their dues through approved electronic channels or visit the Enforcement General Department to complete the required legal procedures. The ministry explained that these procedures aim to preserve rights, protect beneficiaries’ property, and prevent enforcement steps that may result from delays. The Enforcement General Department underscored the importance of adhering to the payment schedule and commended the citizens for their awareness and cooperation.
