KUWAIT CITY, Sept 28: A joint committee has been formed comprising members from the Ministry of Interior and the Ministry of Commerce and Industry to monitor car rental offices in all governorates of Kuwait to ensure their compliance with the laws and the decisions issued by the ministries of Interior and Commerce, in order to complement and achieve joint cooperation between state agencies and ministries for consumer protection and ensuring the application of laws, reports Al-Rai daily. The committee will conduct joint and intensive inspection tours of car rental offices in all governorates on an ongoing basis to achieve its objectives and in order to implement the law.
