Separate reports also said explosions were heard in Sirik, a coastal city east of Bandar Abbas in Hormozgan province.
No immediate information was released on the cause of the explosions or whether there were any casualties or damage.
The reported blasts come as southern Iran has witnessed a series of military strikes targeting strategic infrastructure amid the escalating confrontation between the United States and Iran.
