Expats banned from transferring visa, from Private sector to Govt sector

KUWAIT CITY, Jul 16: The Director General of the Public Authority for Manpower Ahmed Al-Mousa banned visa transfer for expats from the private sector to the government sector reports Al Qabas.

Al-Mousa issued decision on July 14 and it will be implemented after being published on Official Gazette. 3 categories are excluded from the transfer,
1. Those married to Kuwaiti citizens, children and wives
2. Palestinian nationals
3. Health professionals in medical field who have license to practice medical profession
