KUWAIT CITY, April 11: An unidentified expatriate has been reprimanded for ‘stealing’ electric power supply from the ministry electricity pole to mend awnings belonging to the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training in Adailiya, reports Al-Qabas daily. When confronted he said he had permission from the ‘authority’ to connect the power supply from the car park electricity pole.
