Expat Slapped, Car Damaged in Traffic Dispute

KUWAIT CITY, May 30: The investigator at the Sabah Al-Salem Police Station directed detectives to apprehend an unidentified individual who verbally abused, assaulted, and damaged an expatriate’s vehicle in front of a branch of the Sabah Al-Salem Cooperative Society. According to a security source, an Asian expatriate, born in 1996, reported that an unknown person driving an American-made vehicle verbally abused him, slapped him in the face, and broke his car’s side mirror following a dispute over right-of-way in front of a branch of the Sabah Al-Salem Cooperative Society.
