KUWAIT CITY, Nov 18: An expatriate, offered a bribe of 300 dinars to Hawalli patrolmen to let go of his girlfriend against whom an absconding case was registered in the Salmiya area, reports Al-Anba daily.
He asked them to release her. However, he too was arrested and referred to the Salmiya police station in preparation for their deportation.
