Expat acquitted of dumping waste

KUWAIT CITY, Jan 3:Misdemeanor Court presided over by Judge Ahmad Al-Yasin acquitted an expatriate who was accused of alleged dumping wastewater in Abdali desert area, after the investigations carried out at Jahra Prosecution were considered null and void.
The Public Prosecution had charged the suspect of dumping wastewater at a particular location in Abdali desert area after the environmental police issued citations for the violation. It claimed that the tanker owned by the suspect repeated the offense thereafter.
