KUWAIT CITY, April 15: Kuwait’s Directorate General for the Civil Aviation announced that two Turkish Airways and Qatar Airways flights took off from the Kuwaiti International Airport on Tuesday, heading to Istanbul and Doha carrying expatriates.
The two flights are part of the DGCA plan to facilitate travel of expatriates who are willing to leave Kuwait, the Directorate said in a press statement
