KUWAIT CITY, Oct 19 : The Public Authority for Manpower has introduced a new electronic service, “Report Me,” allowing the public to report violations of labor-related laws, regulations and decisions that fall under the Authority’s supervision.
The service aims to strengthen regulatory oversight, protect workers’ rights and support efforts to combat human trafficking and labor-related violations.
According to the Authority, the online service enables individuals to report violations and contribute to improving compliance with applicable legislation and decisions, thereby enhancing oversight of the labor market.
The service also addresses violations involving domestic worker recruitment offices and companies. Members of the public can file a report if a recruitment office or company charges fees exceeding the prescribed limits or fails to issue a receipt for payments received.
Complaints can be submitted through the Easy application using the “Report Me” service.
The initiative comes as part of the Authority’s broader efforts to strengthen labor-market supervision, promote transparency in recruitment practices and protect the rights of workers and employers.
