KUWAIT CITY, Feb 8: The detention renewal judge recently ordered the extension of the detention of 11 individuals accused of leaking high school exams for 14 days to continue the interrogation, reports Al-Seyassah daily. The accused, who are currently detained at the Central Prison, include five citizens, four Egyptians and two women – one of whom is a Jordanian.
All of them denied the charges when they appeared in court with their lawyers. Earlier, the detention renewal judge charged them with disclosing secrets, bribery and money laundering, while their lawyers demanded for their release with any guarantee that the judicial authority deems appropriate.
