LOS ANGELES, Feb 11, (Agencies): Taylor Swift cast a spell on her Tokyo fans over four consecutive nights during her latest Eras Tour at the Tokyo Dome in Japan. The tour, which kicked off on Wednesday and concluded on Saturday, followed the familiar pattern of dedicating sections of the setlist to each of Swift’s albums, sprinkled with delightful surprises such as “You’re On Your Own, Kid,” “Superman,” and the live debut of “Dear Reader” over the four nights.

On Saturday, some Tokyo Swifties expressed the hope that the Grammy winner could make it back to the United States in time for Sunday’s Super Bowl in Las Vegas, where her boyfriend Travis Kelce and his Kansas City Chiefs were set to face the San Francisco 49ers. Fan Hitomi Takahashi shared, “I hope she can return in time. It’s so romantic.”

While Swift’s attendance at the Super Bowl was anticipated, she had not confirmed it herself. The pop sensation, who has attended 12 Chiefs games so far, including the AFC Championship Game on Jan 29, celebrated the team’s victory with Kelce on the field. The couple had made their relationship public in September 2023.

Expressing gratitude to her Tokyo fans for filling the 55,000-seat venue, Swift took a moment during one of the shows to connect with the crowd, as captured in a fan-recorded video shared on social media. “It’s been a while since I’ve gotten to see you,” she shared. “We haven’t been here on tour, it’s been over 4 years and I’m so happy to be back with you here tonight at the Eras Tour. Thank you so much for deciding to be here, thank you to anyone who traveled, thank you to anyone who was here tonight. I love you so much.”
