EPA Issues Environmental Violations During Desert Inspection Campaign

KUWAIT CITY, May 7: Kuwait’s Environment Public Authority (EPA), carried out an inspection campaign in desert areas as part of ongoing efforts to ensure compliance with the Environmental Protection Law.

The campaign resulted in the issuance of several environmental violations under Article 41 of Environmental Protection Law No. 42 of 2014.

The EPA stressed that inspection and supervisory tours will continue to monitor violations and take legal action against offenders.

The authority said the campaign aims to preserve Kuwait’s natural environment, protect desert areas, and support environmental sustainability.
