KUWAIT CITY, Oct 1: Government agencies plan to incorporate artificial intelligence (AI) into their administrative decision-making processes to enhance quality. The Civil Service Commission will provide training for middle-level employees in government agencies, including department managers and supervisors, through a program titled “Artificial Intelligence and the Decision-Making System.”

This training initiative aims to educate participants on the significance of AI in enhancing the quality of administrative decisions and its role as a strategic partner in decision-making and policy formulation. Beginning in the last week of October 2024, trainees will learn about the importance of AI in improving workflows and administrative decision-making.

The program will cover various aspects, including AI applications in decision-making, data analysis, and how to connect results to refine decision-making processes and enhance service efficiency.
