Electricity Restored to Several Kuwait Areas as Recovery Efforts Continue

KUWAIT CITY, Jul 8: Kuwait's Ministry of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy announced that electricity has been restored to several areas affected by the recent power outage, while emergency teams continue working to reconnect the remaining locations.

In an update, the ministry said restoration efforts are progressing under the emergency response plan, with technical teams working to return power to all affected areas as quickly as possible.

The ministry thanked citizens and residents for their cooperation and patience during the disruption.

Officials also reaffirmed that they are closely monitoring the situation and will continue restoration work until electricity service is fully restored across all affected areas.

The ministry has not yet disclosed the cause of the outage but said it will continue to provide updates through its official communication channels.
