Egyptians Arrested for Multiple Thefts in Salmiya

KUWAIT CITY, April 17: Criminal Security authorities successfully identified two individuals belonging to the Egyptian community involved in multiple thefts from grocery stores in the Salmiya area.

Under the direct supervision of His Excellency the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defense, and Acting Minister of Interior Sheikh Fahd Al-Yousef Al-Sabah, the concerted efforts of the Criminal Security Sector led to the apprehension of these perpetrators. The General Directorate of Criminal Investigation identified the two suspects, observed in various video clips circulating on social media platforms, engaging in thefts from grocery stores in Salmiya. Prompt action ensued with intensified search and investigative operations following the dissemination of these video clips.

The authorities are taking all necessary legal measures, including registering cases against the perpetrators, deporting them from the country, and imposing bans on their re-entry.
