Egyptian woman harassed by a Kuwaiti

KUWAIT CITY, May 22: An Egyptian woman filed a complaint against a 30-year-old Kuwaiti man at Hawally Police Station for allegedly harassing her in a bid to have an illicit relationship with her. The woman told police that she closed her telephone and did not respond to the messages of the man, who also sent her indecent pictures. She provided police with the telephone number of the suspect and investigations are ongoing to verify the complaint.

Caught in action: A 26-year-old bedoun was arrested for trying to steal from the house of a National Assembly member in Kaifan. Securitymen rushed to the location after the Operations Unit in the Interior Ministry received information about the incident. When they arrived at the scene, they found the bedoun bleeding due to the injuries he sustained as he fell from the third floor to the first floor of the house while trying to steal. Initial investigations revealed the bedoun has been involved in several theft cases. He was referred to Kaifan Police Station after undergoing treatment.
