Police have arrested an unidentified Egyptian security guard working in Nugra for consuming drugs, reports Al-Rai daily.
The daily added, the arrest came after several pedestrians complained to the Operations Room of the Ministry of Interior that the suspect appeared abnormal, was behaving strangely and was lying down on the ground apparently exhausted.
When police and paramedics arrived, the suspect, tried in a vain attempt to escape, by feigning sickness. During interrogation the suspect confessed to pretending to be sick in an attempt to escape police. Police discovered he had taken an overdose of drugs. He was given first aid and taken to the area police station.
