ABU DHABI, Mar 9: Authorities confirmed on Monday, March 9, that debris fell in two locations across the capital following successful interceptions by air defence systems.
The incidents resulted in two injuries: a minor injury to a Jordanian national and a moderate injury to an Egyptian national.
Officials urged residents to rely solely on verified official sources and avoid spreading unverified rumors, noting that recent sirens and booming sounds across the UAE resulted from effective air defence actions.
This marks the latest in a series of similar incidents over the past 10 days in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.
