KUWAIT CITY, April 19:Personnel from the Criminal Investigations Department have arrested two Egyptians, a driver working for an engineering company, and a security guard for inciting immorality on their Twitter accounts, reports Al-Rai daily. The two gay men were arrested after agreeing to commit immoral acts with an undercover police agent. The Cybercrime Department has also requested Twitter administration to close the account of the two men.
