Egyptian Embassy ‘moves’ from Deiya to Sadeeq area

KUWAIT CITY, Oct 1: The Egyptian Embassy in Kuwait has started the process of moving to its temporary premises in Al-Sadeeq suburb, Block 7, Street 702, Plot No.100 after evacuating the old premises in Deiya area to pave way for reconstruction work, reports Al-Anba daily. The Egyptian Embassy is among the oldest diplomatic missions in Kuwait, established under the regime of late Egyptian President Jamal Abdel Nasser and late Sheikh Abdullah Al-Salem in 1962. The new building will take two to three years to complete.
