KUWAIT CITY, Aug 8: The Ministry of Interior has deported an unidentified Egyptian who was caught high on alcohol and in possession of a quantity of alcohol, reports Al-Rai daily. The man was caught by the Hawalli police during routine patrolling in the area and during interrogation he admitted to traffi cking in locally manufactured booze.
