KUWAIT CITY, Oct 21: An unidentified Kuwaiti woman has filed a complaint with the police accusing an Egyptian ‘contractor’ of cheating her, reports Al-Rai daily. In her complaint the woman said the man posed as a contractor and she signed a contract with him to renovate her house. After the work was completed, she discovered the work was not done according to the terms and conditions of the contract and later discovered that the man works as a salesman and is not a contractor and that he does not have any experience. The ‘contractor’ has been referred for investigation.
