KUWAIT CITY, Sept 30: Upon orders from the Hawalli Public Prosecutor police have arrested an unidentified Egyptian guard of a government building for allegedly attempting to molest a girl from a GCC country and beating her when she resisted, reports Al-Anba daily. The arrest came after the girl’s mother filed a complaint with the police and the issue was referred to the Hawalli prosecution.
