Egyptian beats up his wife and sister-in-law

KUWAIT CITY, Feb 24: An unidentified Egyptian resident in Kuwait, has been arrested by the police for taking the law in his hands and assaulting and verbally abusing his wife and her sister, reports Al-Rai daily.

According to security sources the man went to a café and saw his wife sitting with her sister. He saw them talking and laughing following which he lost his temper because she had allegedly not informed him that she would go out.

The man reportedly beat the two women in front of the public and damaged the contents on the table and chair in the café. During interrogation at a police station he has allegedly admitted to assaulting the women – the sister because she came to the rescue of his wife. The case has been referred to the concerned authorities.
