KUWAIT CITY, Nov 5: A Kuwaiti who owns a chain of restaurants specialized in serving Kuwaiti delicacies, especially ‘mandi’ has filed a complaint with the Abu Hassaniya Police Station accusing an unidentified customer of ‘stealing’ food, reports Al-Anba daily.
In his complaint the Kuwaiti said he owns the branches in many areas of Kuwait and it is apparent he is a target of people who order food in his restaurants and escape without paying.
