DUBAI, April 17: Dubai Police, in coordination with the UAE Ministry of Interior, have arrested an Irish fugitive wanted for his alleged involvement in an organised criminal group linked to international crimes in his home country.
Authorities confirmed that the suspect (D.J.K) was apprehended within 48 hours of an arrest warrant being issued on April 15, following intensive search operations, detailed investigations, and close surveillance.
The swift arrest highlights the UAE’s advanced security capabilities and its proactive approach in tracking down internationally wanted individuals. Officials said the operation was carried out with precision, ensuring the suspect was located and detained in a short timeframe.
Dubai Police reiterated their commitment to strengthening international cooperation in combating cross-border crime, emphasizing continued collaboration with global law enforcement agencies to pursue fugitives and uphold security and stability.
