Drunk Pakistani meets in an accident on 7th ring road

KUWAIT CITY, Oct 31: The security authorities have arrested an unidentified Pakistani who was involved in a road accident on the Seventh Ring Road, reports Al-Rai daily. According to security sources the Pakistani was high on alcohol and allegedly lost control of his vehicle and collided with a road barrier. Police have seized from his car two bottles of booze.
