KUWAIT CITY, Oct 20: An unidentified Asian who was involved in a two-car collision at an unidentified location has been arrested by police and charged with driving under the influence of liquor and trading in booze, reports Annahar daily.
According to security sources, when an unidentified person called the Operations Room of the Ministry of Interior and reported an accident between two cars, police rushed to the spot and found the Asian motorist of one of the cars under the influence of alcohol.
Police then searched the car of the suspect and found 630 bottles of locally-made alcohol. The suspect and the booze have been referred to the General Department of Drugs and Alcohol Control
