KUWAIT CITY, Apr 2: The customs officers of air freight department seized a postal parcel that arrived from China by express mail 2 days ago containing half a kilo of the narcotic chemical.
A source stated that the consignment was monitored until its owner arrived on Wednesday and he was arrested. It turned out that he was a Kuwaiti citizen born in 1994 and was referred to the adequate authorities.
