KUWAIT CITY, Dec 25: Jahra patrol officers apprehended a drug user who crashed his vehicle into a bank entrance in Saad Al-Abdullah City yesterday morning. Upon inspecting the scene, security forces discovered narcotic substances and drug paraphernalia in the individual's possession. A security source disclosed to Al-Anbaa that the Ministry of Interior's operations room received a report in the morning regarding a collision involving a Japanese-made car at the entrance of a bank in Saad Al-Abdullah City. The driver fled on foot.

Upon reaching the scene, security personnel found the car still operational. A combing of the area led to the arrest of the individual. A precautionary search revealed two pieces of hashish, approximately 50 narcotic pills, and drug paraphernalia in his possession.

Subsequently, the suspect was taken to the Saad Al-Abdullah City Police Station, where charges related to damaging property and traffic violations were registered. Further legal proceedings are set to take place with the involvement of the General Administration for Narcotics Control.
