Drug peddler arrested with heroin and crystal meth

KUWAIT CITY, June 20: The Ministry of Interior arrested an Asian expat with 1 kg of heroin and 100 grams of meth (shabu) in Hawally area. He is being referred to the competent authority to take the necessary legal measures against him.
