KUWAIT CITY, Nov 13: The General Dept. of Anti Drug Trafficking arrested a person in possession of 3 kgs of hashish, 3,000 captagon pills, 3,000 Tramadol tablets, a pistol, two electronic scales and pouches. He has been referred to the competent authorities to take legal measures against him.
This arrest comes in Kuwait's war on drugs under the directives of the First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Talal Al-Khaled Al-Khaled and the follow-up to the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior, Lieutenant-General Anwar Al-Barjas, to intensify search and investigation operations and security efforts to apprehend smugglers and drug dealers.
