KUWAIT CITY, Jun 3: The Official Spokesman for the Ministry of Defense, Brigadier General Saud Abdulaziz Al-Otaibi, said that several hostile drones targeted the passenger building (T1) at Kuwait International Airport which he described as a result of “criminal Iranian aggression.”
He stated that the incident caused significant material damage to the terminal building and resulted in injuries to several individuals, who were provided with necessary medical treatment.
Al-Otaibi added that the armed forces are closely monitoring the situation in coordination with relevant authorities and remain in a state of full readiness to respond to any further developments, stressing that all necessary measures are being taken to preserve national security and stability.
