KUWAIT CITY, April 19: Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior for Traffic and Operations Affairs, Major General Jamal Al- Sayegh, has ordered the immediate referral of a reckless person to the Traffic Court, reports Al-Jarida daily. The daily said when the suspect was seen driving his four-wheeler on two wheels someone posted a clip in the social media and it went viral within minutes following which a warrant was issued for his arrest for endangering his life and the lives of others. It was said the vehicle also had no numbers plate.

The Public Relations and Traffic Awareness Department at the General Traffic Department, Major Abdullah Buhassan, said instructions were issued to the traffic department patrols for the man’s arrest after the incident went viral in the social media Buhassan added that Major General Al-Sayegh asked the Prosecution Department to prepare a memorandum to which the clip was attached and ordered his referral to traffic court immediately.
