Draft bill for car shades rejected

KUWAIT CITY, May 2: The Municipal Council, in its main session Monday, headed by Abdullah Al-Mahri, rejected a draft regulation for car shades because it contained the imposition of financial fees on private housing estimated at 500 fils per square meter. During the session, the members affirmed their refusal to approve that draft because Article 7 of it contains the imposition of financial fees on citizens, as the Council previously used Article 25 to reject the minister, and it was sent to the Council of Ministers to decide on it.(KUNA)
