KUWAIT CITY, Oct 30: Dr Shashi Tharoor, Member of Indian Parliament and former Minister of State for External Affairs, enthralled the students of Kuwait with his presence at the Salmiya Indian Model School (SIMS) for an interactive session ‘Confabulation with Tharoor’ with the senior students of all Indian schools in Kuwait.

During the one hour session he answered questions with great preciseness sharing his personal experiences. He guided each student present in the conference room and sent out a very important message to the young generation of Kuwait. His message was ‘Be the best of you that you can be’ as there is only one ‘you’. At the end of the session, he launched the ‘Forbes in the Making’ – a book written by budding author of Pathways School, Gurugram, Haryana, India, Ms. Khushi Dhillon.

Dr Tharoor has personally reviewed this book and said this is “a sincere attempt by a first-time author to break down the complexity of the business world from the perspective of a 15-year-old”. He congratulated her for her efforts and wished her the best for her future writing endeavors.

“The author believes that in the 21st century, education is a vital fragment in predicting success, but lamented the current educational system lacks the efficiency to provide the stepping stones to the real-world of entrepreneurship.”

This book intends to fill the gap to help you with realistic approaches and guidelines that one should inherit at a young age. This book would help you explore new methods that the author and her father Vijay Dhillon who is a first generation successful entrepreneur, helped her inculcate parting from the academics.

‘Forbes in the Making’ will surprise the reader with approaches you knew never existed, enabling you to utilize for the rest of your life. The other dignitaries who were present at the launch of the book were Dr Sheikha Maimoona Al Sabah, Dr Anis Ahmad, Ananth Kapadia, Aijaz Sarfaraz and Ahmed Ibrahim Dashti and the father of the author Vijay Dhillon.
