KUWAIT CITY, March 4: The Civil Service Commission (CSC) issued external circular No. 5/2026 regarding the exemption of people with disabilities from work during the current exceptional circumstances, reports Al-Seyassah daily. The circular referenced a letter No. 28/02167 dated March 3, 2025 from the Public Authority for Disability Affairs (PADA), requesting that all government entities be notified of the exemption of people with disabilities from work during the current exceptional circumstances, as outlined in the letter.

CSC therefore issued the circular to inform all government entities, authorities, and public institutions of the contents of the aforementioned letter, and urge them to take the necessary action in accordance with PADA’s decision. It stated that any inquiries regarding this exemption should be directed to PADA, as it is the competent authority on this matter
