TEHRAN/TEL AVIV, (AP) March 21: Magen David Adom Israel reported 20 people injured in the Southern city of Dimona following several Iranian missile hits on Saturday evening.
Meanwhile, Iran said a missile strike targeting the Israeli town of Dimona was carried out in response to an earlier attack on its nuclear facility at Natanz. Iranian state media reported that the Natanz enrichment complex was hit earlier in the day, though authorities confirmed no radioactive leakage occurred.
The strike on Dimona—home to a key nuclear facility—left at least 39 people injured, according to Israeli emergency services. However, the International Atomic Energy Agency said it had no indication of damage to the Negev nuclear research center and confirmed that no abnormal radiation levels were detected.
The agency added it is closely monitoring the situation as tensions continue to escalate between Iran and Israel.
