DGCA to Retire Senior Staff with 30+ Years of Service

KUWAIT CITY, Oct 7: The official spokesman for the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) and Acting Deputy Director General of the Department of Financial and Legal Affairs Abdullah Al-Rajhi announced the referral to the retirement of a number of administration employees who have been in service for 32 to 37 years.

This move was based on the decisions of the Civil Service Commission (CSC) and the directives of DGCA’s director general and in support of making room for young cadres and injecting new blood into supervisory positions in DGCA. In a press statement, Al-Rajhi said, “The Directorate General of Civil Aviation had previously addressed the Public Institution for Social Security prior to approving their retirement decisions in the implementation of the organization’s circulars and laws”.

He praised the efforts exerted by those who have been referred for retirement throughout their years of service in improving work and their contribution to raising performance.
