KUWAIT CITY, Dec 29: The Directorate General of Civil Aviation stated on social media that based on the decision of the Council of Ministers to limit the spread of coronavirus, commercial flights to and from Kuwait International Airport will resume on 2nd Jan 2021 from 4 am onward
