KUWAIT CITY, April 19: The Public Prosecution has ordered detention of a security officer accused of killing a citizen in Mubarak Al-Kabeer in the Central Prison for 21 days, reports Al- Qabas daily quoting a reliable source. The source said the accused disclosed during investigations that he is suffering from schizophrenia, so he should not be responsible for his action. He submitted medical reports, stating that he is undergoing treatment in a psychiatric hospital, the source added.
