KUWAIT CITY, July 18: The Interior Ministry has started investigations into the illegal entry of 15 expatriate women from Sierra Leone, reports Al- Anba daily. It has been reported these expatriate women entered the country on family visas under the sponsorship of Kuwaiti women without the latters’ knowledge. Family visas were issued to the expatriates with the intention of transferring such visas to Article 20 (domestic worker visa). The concerned authorities at Kuwait International Airport discovered the anomaly; hence, the issuance of a directive to deport the 15 expatriates.
