Demographic imbalance in expats has exhausted Kuwait’s services and facilities

KUWAIT CITY, March 6: The Governor of the capital, Sheikh Talal Al Khaleed conducted a field tour in Qibla area which resulted in issuing warnings to commercial properties whose owners had exploited the building premises by adding additional rooms and toilets to apartments which has resulted in overcrowding of laborers to whom they have rented the apartments.

Al Khaled has called to the attention of concerned parties to urgently establish labor cities in addition to addressing the imbalance of demographic structure that has overburdened exhausted state facilities and services, reports Al Rai. He stated that this campaign should be conducted in all governorates of Kuwait to eliminate this phenomena.
