Delivery company dispute turns violent as driver suffers perforated eardrum

KUWAIT CITY, Jul 31: A dispute at a delivery company has escalated into an assault case after a driver accused the company owner of physically attacking him at his workplace, leaving him with a perforated left eardrum.

According to the complaint filed with police, the driver said the dispute with the company owner turned physical, with the owner allegedly striking him several times, including a direct blow to the face.

The driver said he experienced severe pain and significant hearing loss following the assault and was forced to seek medical treatment at a hospital.

A medical examination subsequently confirmed that the driver had suffered a perforated left eardrum.

Based on the medical report, the driver filed a formal complaint against the company owner, accusing him of assaulting him and causing the injury.

The case has been referred to the relevant authorities for further investigation and legal action.
