KUWAIT CITY, Jan 10: Representative Badr Nashmi has proposed collaboration between the Ministry of Health and relevant authorities to facilitate the delivery of cancer patients’ medications to their homes, reports Al-Seyassah daily. This initiative is driven by a desire to enhance the quality of life for cancer patients, alleviate the burden on their families, improve the efficiency of health sector services, combat cancer, and ensure optimal medical care for patients.

Nashmi underscores the severe pain experienced by most cancer patients, emphasizing its negative impact on their mobility, sleep, mood, social relationships, and daily activities. This proposal aims to address these challenges, considering the physical and psychological effects stemming from hormonal imbalances, immune responses, and various treatments like chemotherapy.
