KUWAIT CITY, Aug 3: Minister of Defense His Highness Sheikh Abdullah Ali Abdullah Al-Salem Al-Sabah received the Ambassador of the Republic of Türkiye to Kuwait, Tuba Nur Sönmez, on the occasion of the conclusion of her diplomatic mission, praising her efforts in strengthening cooperation and bilateral relations between the two friendly countries.
During the meeting, the minister expressed his appreciation for Ambassador Sönmez's contributions to enhancing cooperation across various fields and wished her success in her future assignments.
The Defense Minister also received the Ambassador of the Republic of India to Kuwait, Promita Tripathi, during a separate meeting.
The two sides reviewed the longstanding relations between Kuwait and India and discussed a number of issues of mutual interest, reaffirming the importance of continued cooperation and coordination between the two countries.
