Debris from Intercepted Threat Falls in Abu Dhabi Industrial Area, One Injured

ABU DHABI, Apr 6: Authorities in Abu Dhabi have confirmed that falling debris from an intercepted aerial threat struck a facility in the ICAD industrial zone in Musaffah, leaving one person injured.

Officials said the incident occurred after air defence systems successfully intercepted an incoming threat, causing fragments to fall onto the premises of the Raneen Systems company. Emergency teams responded promptly to the scene.

A Ghanaian national sustained moderate injuries in the incident and received medical attention. No other casualties or major damage were immediately reported.

Authorities urged the public to rely only on official sources for information and to refrain from spreading rumours or unverified reports, emphasizing the importance of maintaining public safety during such incidents.
