Death ruling upheld for army man who murdered his friend

KUWAIT CITY, Jan 30: The Court of Appeals has upheld the verdict of the lower court which had sentenced to death by hanging a soldier who strangled his friend to death and hit him with a brick. The court considered this a premeditated crime. By Jaber Al-Hamoud Al-Seyassah Staff
